Ekaterina Bludova has a strong background in human resources spanning over 15 years. Throughout her career, she has excelled in various HR roles, including recruiting, training, leading internships, and co-organizing the Open Programming Olympiad in Artificial Intelligence.

As a recruiter, Ekaterina has successfully filled positions across a wide range of disciplines, from embedded development (utilizing C and C++ programming languages for microcontrollers) to technical leads, HR, marketing, and office management.

Currently, Ekaterina serves as the Team Lead for the recruiting team at Mad Devs. She possesses a wealth of expertise in various aspects of HR. Her areas of specialization include designing and implementing recruiting processes, sourcing and hiring developers and managers across different stacks and levels, and successfully implementing Learning Management Systems (LMS) in previous organizations. Additionally, she has a proven track record in organizing internships and coordinating the logistics of programming competitions. Ekaterina’s involvement in these initiatives demonstrates her dedication to fostering talent development and promoting knowledge sharing within the tech community.
